Transforming downtown Orlando, the complex promises a sports and entertainment experience beyond limits.

The Orlando Magic is about to transform Orlando's sports and entertainment experience with the ambitious Orlando Sports + Entertainment District.

The more than 80,000 m² project is scheduled to be built next to the north entrance of the Amway Center, occupying a large area in Downtown Orlando.

This innovative development aims to create a vibrant and inviting space all year round, going beyond the days of sporting events.

The multifunctional complex will feature a range of facilities, including a 260-room "lifestyle hotel", an outdoor lounge, pool deck and a restaurant designed by a renowned chef.

A new event space will attract even more business to the region.

In addition, 270 apartments will be built above the hotel, giving residents privileged access to the establishment's amenities.

A state-of-the-art music venue with capacity for 3,500 people, it will be a focal point for concerts, shows and private events, adapting to various configurations.

In addition, more than 18,000 m² of class A office space, 9,000 m² of retail space with an emphasis on new restaurant and entertainment concepts, and a 6,000 m² "urban living room" for outdoor events, will contribute to a holistic experience.

The project also includes 1,140 parking spaces on site, providing convenience for visitors. The stated aim is to start construction by the end of 2024, with a possible opening in 2026, marking a new chapter in Orlando's sports and entertainment landscape.
