A work of art in the form of a residential building.
Over the past 30 years, Zaha Hadid has become internationally renowned for her revolutionary and sensual designs that push the boundaries of innovation and blur the lines between art and architecture.
Based in London, Zaha Hadid Architects has designed high-end properties in many parts of the world, including the London Aquatics Centre for the 2021 Summer Olympics, the Guangzhou Opera House in China, the MAXXI National Museum of the 21st Century Arts in Rome and the Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum at Michigan State University.
With his passing in March 2016, Zaha left in the making a work that is and will continue to be an inspiration to those within his field.
One Thousand Museum is the only residential skyscraper she designed in the West, at 66 storeys, and it is in Miami, with views stretching from Biscayne Bay to Miami Beach.
The residential models include duplex townhouses, mid-rise residences, full-floor flats and a single duplex penthouse. The interiors were created by a design team comprising lighting artists and residential technology experts.
Each residence offers spacious balconies with resistance to local winds, column-free rooms and a variety of layouts. All this thanks to the concrete exoskeleton that structures the perimeter of the tower in a network of curved lines.
An intelligent, timeless work that represents all the talent of the genius that was Zaha Hadid.
